Billing and cancellation
These terms govern paid plans when paid enrollment is made available. This marketing site has no checkout and cannot create a subscription.
Plans and pricing
Collector Free is US$0 and does not require a payment card. Collector Paid is US$7.99 per month or US$79 per year, with no trial. Seller is US$49 per month or US$490 per year. Seller requires a payment card for its 14-day Seller plan trial. The first subscription charge is due only after the trial ends if you have not cancelled. Paid payment eligibility is limited to a card issued in the United States and a United States billing address. Those payment checks do not establish a person's residence.
Before you start paid enrollment, the app will show the selected recurring price and interval, applicable taxes or charges, first charge timing, renewal terms, cancellation method, and trial details. The price and interval you affirmatively select govern your subscription.
Seller trial and renewal
Seller's 14-day plan trial requires a card at enrollment. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your first subscription charge is made for the selected plan at the price displayed during checkout; the subscription then renews at the displayed interval. Cancelling during the trial ends paid access immediately and does not create a subscription charge. It does not automatically move the account to Collector Free.
Cancellation, payment failure, and refunds
After a paid period begins, cancellation takes effect at the end of that paid period. Paid access remains available until then unless it is paused for another reason. We do not make automatic prorated refunds or issue automatic service credits. A refund or credit may be required by law or approved as an individual exception by support.
When paid enrollment is available, use the app's billing controls to cancel. If you cannot access or use those controls, contact support@brickpulse.app for help. This marketing site cannot start or cancel a subscription.
If a payment fails, paid access pauses immediately. Contactsupport@brickpulse.app about a payment issue. A payment retry, reinstatement, or reactivation is not guaranteed. Ending paid access does not automatically delete your account or move it to another plan.
Seller founding price
Eligible Seller subscribers may receive a founding price of US$29 per month or US$290 per year. The 90-day founding window opens when request-and-approve go-live occurs, and ends on January 31, 2027 or 90 days after that trigger, whichever is later. Publishing this website does not start the window, and the offer is not limited by seats.
The founding price remains for the life of a continuous subscription and carries between monthly and annual billing at the corresponding founding price. Cancelling to Collector Free and later resubscribing forfeits the founding price. Closing the window does not change an existing founding subscriber's price.
Availability and checkout
This marketing site provides product information and manual testing-access requests only. It does not offer self-service signup, checkout, automatic approval, or app access. No payment information is collected here. Paid enrollment requires a separate app flow with clear price disclosure and affirmative payment consent, in addition to separate Terms acceptance and Privacy acknowledgement. The marketing site does not offer that enrollment flow.
