Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Brick Pulse services when they are made available. Requesting testing access does not create an account, provide app access, or accept these Terms.
Eligibility, accounts, and access
Brick Pulse, LLC provides inventory and workflow software. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher, and legally able to enter an agreement. The service is not directed to children. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
The marketing site currently offers browsing and manual Seller testing-access requests only. A request is not an account application, agreement, approval, invitation, or grant of app access. There is no self-service signup or automatic admission through this site. When an app access flow is opened, it will display the applicable Terms version and digest and require affirmative Terms acceptance plus a separate Privacy acknowledgement. A material Terms change requires renewed acceptance before continued app access. A testing-access request does not accept product Terms.
Use of the service and third parties
Use Brick Pulse lawfully and only for your own collection or authorized business operations. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security, access another person's data, submit material you lack rights to use, misuse an integration, or use the service to harm others. Report security issues to support@brickpulse.app.
Marketplace connections are optional and limited to the functions currently offered in the app. BrickLink is the implemented marketplace connection. eBay transport is not available and BrickOwl is not enabled. A third-party service has its own terms, availability, and privacy practices. A name or link does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or an active integration.
Marketplace writes are currently disabled; simulated changes do not update marketplace records. The app does not write prices, titles, descriptions, photos, or deletions. If a supported order-status, tracking, quantity, or listing-availability write is enabled in the future, the store owner must first enable its write gate. Deletions require separate owner approval. Review consequential inventory and order decisions yourself.
Your material and Seller data
You retain your rights in records and material you submit. You give Brick Pulse permission to host, process, back up, transmit, and display it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service described in the Privacy Policy. Storage of a scan photo for possible future training of Brick Pulse's own recognizer requires a separate per-scan affirmative choice and starts unchecked. See the Privacy Policy for the effect of storing and later deleting a photo.
Before the app processes buyer or order personal information for a Seller, an authorized Seller representative must separately accept the applicable Data Processing Addendum in the app on the Seller's behalf. The app records the accepted version. A testing-access request, account creation, or general Terms acceptance does not accept the DPA. Sellers are responsible for their authority, instructions, notices, and legal duties for information they submit.
The app provides a CSV export of inventory. It does not currently provide a complete self-service account export or account-deletion control. You can contact support with a privacy or deletion request; see the Privacy Policy for the current handling limits.
Plans, trials, and cancellation
Collector Free is card-free. Collector Paid is US$7.99 monthly or US$79 yearly and has no trial. Seller is US$49 monthly or US$490 yearly and includes a 14-day Seller plan trial; a payment card is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your first subscription charge is made for the selected plan at the price displayed during checkout. The subscription then renews at the displayed interval. Paid eligibility is limited to a card issued in the United States and a United States billing address; these are payment checks, not a statement about residency. Paid enrollment is not available from this site.
During the Seller plan trial, cancellation ends access immediately and no subscription charge is made; the account is not automatically moved to Collector Free. After a paid period has begun, a cancellation takes effect at the end of that paid period. Brick Pulse does not issue automatic prorated refunds or service credits, except where required by law or when support approves an individual exception. If a payment fails, paid access pauses immediately. Contact support about a payment issue; a retry, restoration, or reactivation is not guaranteed.
The Seller founding price is US$29 monthly or US$290 yearly while your subscription remains active. It opens when the Seller request-and-approval process is live and an initial external request has been approved, and ends on January 31, 2027 or 90 days after that trigger, whichever is later. It is not seat-capped, remains while the subscription is active, is forfeited if you cancel to Collector Free and later resubscribe, carries across a monthly-to-annual or annual-to-monthly change at the corresponding founding price, and does not change for an existing subscriber when the window closes.
Billing and cancellation details are also available in Billing and cancellation. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain in place.
Capture, reviews, and permitted disclosures
You may privately capture or record your own use for personal or business records. You may not externally publish or distribute a capture that shows a logged-in Brick Pulse screen or feature unless Brick Pulse gives written permission. This restriction does not prohibit truthful reviews, including accompanying screenshots, photos, or videos; protected complaints or commentary; support or security reports; disclosures protected or required by law; or other non-waivable rights. Do not disclose another person's private or confidential information or trade secrets you are not authorized to share. Brick Pulse does not claim ownership of a review or impose a penalty under this section.
Availability, suspension, and liability
Scan candidates, imports, availability calculations, reports, and third-party data may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Verify consequential inventory, order, and marketplace decisions. Brick Pulse does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, marketplace availability, sales results, prevention of overselling, complete security, or indefinite data preservation.
Brick Pulse may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, a security threat, unlawful use, material breach, third-party platform restrictions, or a legal order. We will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue when practical, except where urgent security or legal concerns require immediate action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties other than express promises Brick Pulse makes. Brick Pulse does not exclude rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brick Pulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, interruption, lost opportunity, or loss or corruption of data. Its total liability arising from the affected service is limited to the greater of fees paid for that service in the preceding 12 months or US$100. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by negligence.
A Seller or business user will indemnify Brick Pulse against a third-party claim caused by that user's unlawful content or instructions, infringement, breach of marketplace or buyer-data duties, or intentional unauthorized misuse, except to the extent caused by Brick Pulse. Brick Pulse will give prompt notice, allow reasonable cooperation, control the defense, and not settle a claim that imposes obligations or admits fault for the user without consent.
Agreement and changes
These Terms contain no mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver, or exclusive special forum. They do not waive non-waivable rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The applicable governing-law and dispute-resolution rules will be determined under applicable law; this document does not select Michigan law or a Michigan forum.
When app access is offered, you must affirmatively accept the Terms version shown in that flow and separately acknowledge the Privacy Policy. A material Terms change requires renewed acceptance before app access continues. This website and its testing request form do not collect Terms assent or Privacy acknowledgement. Brick Pulse may update these Terms by publishing a new dated version and providing required notice. Contactsupport@brickpulse.app with questions.
