Who operates Brick Pulse

Brick Pulse, LLC operates Brick Pulse. Our business mailing address is 5618 Charolais Dr SW, Wyoming, MI 49418, United States. For privacy questions or requests, contactsupport@brickpulse.app. That address is the privacy and deletion intake; it does not promise an automated account-deletion process.

The marketing site offers product information and manual Seller testing-access requests. A request does not create an account, grant access, accept app Terms, or provide Privacy acknowledgement. This site does not enable self-service signup or automatic admission.

Testing-access requests

If you request Seller testing access, we collect your name, store name, email address, selected marketplaces (BrickOwl, BrickLink, and/or eBay), relevant BrickLink or BrickOwl store links, and estimates of inventory piece count and monthly order volume so Brick Pulse can review the request manually. The support notification includes the submitted request details. The request is not an approval or guarantee of selection. An associated support notification is addressed to support@brickpulse.app. Support notifications are sent through Resend and routed to the support mailbox maintained with Gmail. Those services may process and retain copies under their own policies; Brick Pulse does not guarantee a fixed retention, deletion, or recovery period for email copies.

The request record is deleted 30 calendar days after the original submission. A repeat request with the same normalized email does not extend that period. If a specific legal preservation requirement applies, only the records it covers may be kept for as long as required; this does not suspend deletion of unrelated requests. For abuse control, the request service also stores a short-lived hash-derived network identifier and attempt count for a one-hour rate-limit window; it does not store a raw network address in the request record. The hashed rate-limit entry expires with that window.

App information and uses

Depending on the app features you use, Brick Pulse processes account email and authentication information, security and session records, collection and inventory data, order information, marketplace connection data, scan metadata, and support communications. Account credentials are protected using salted password hashing; two-factor secrets are encrypted, recovery codes are stored as keyed hashes, and session cookies contain opaque tokens. Raw network addresses are not stored in sign-in throttling or audit records.

When you scan a photo for identification, it is sent to Brickognize's recognition service without your account, store, or credentials so the service can return candidates. Brick Pulse does not store the photo by default. Each scan has a separate, initially unchecked choice to save that photo for possible future training of Brick Pulse's own recognizer. An opted-in photo remains until you use the app's tenant-wide photo-deletion control; there is no per-photo deletion or automatic expiry. Deleting stored photos is irreversible and cannot remove a photo's contribution to a model trained before deletion. Brickognize's provider-side retention has not been verified; its own terms and privacy information apply to its handling. Scan metadata such as the time, scan type, top candidate, candidate count, and your confirmation may be stored; the full candidate list is not.

If you connect BrickLink, the app requests marketplace information needed for the features you choose. Buyer and order details are stored encrypted. Buyer-identifying personal information is redacted 90 days after the later of order fulfillment or dispute closure; an open dispute or legal hold pauses the retention clock. This does not delete the remaining order record. Feedback comments and message bodies are not stored. eBay transport is not available and BrickOwl is not enabled.

The app currently supports an inventory CSV export, but not a complete self-service account export or account-deletion control. Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy handling. We review requests and respond as required by applicable law; processing may require identity verification and legal exceptions.

Providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information with a provider only as needed for a service purpose described here. TheService providers page identifies current and conditional services. Cloudflare provides hosting and delivery; Brickognize receives scan photos when you request identification; BrickLink receives credentialed marketplace requests when you connect that marketplace. Stripe is not active for this marketing site; payment processing will be described before paid enrollment is offered. No advertising analytics, tracking scripts, or third-party page subresources run in the marketing preview.

Provider-specific processing roles, current hosting regions, and any required international transfer arrangements are not represented by inference from the provider's name or our Michigan address. The service-provider information identifies what is known. For Seller buyer or order processing, an authorized Seller representative must separately accept the applicable Data Processing Addendum in the app. This website and its testing-access form do not collect that acceptance.

Retention and security

App backups are encrypted, verified when created, and automatically deleted after 30 days. They exclude credentials, sessions, multi-factor authentication material, message bodies, and buyer addresses. Buyer personal information follows the 90-day rule described above, subject to open disputes and legal holds. To close an account, contact support. Account data is scheduled for deletion 30 calendar days after closure, except for specific records subject to a legal preservation requirement. Recovery after deletion is not guaranteed. The app does not provide self-service account closure or an account-wide deletion endpoint. Audit-export records containing event hashes, action types, and timestamps are kept for 365 days. Required payment, tax, fraud, security, dispute, and legal records may be retained as applicable law permits or requires.

We use access controls, encryption, audit records, and other safeguards appropriate to the data and service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We will handle security incidents and provide notices as applicable law requires.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can export your inventory as CSV, revoke other sessions, change your password and two-factor settings, control buyer-data masking, and delete stored scan photos through the app's available controls. Full account export and account deletion are not self-service features. Send a privacy or deletion request tosupport@brickpulse.app. We respond without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines, and notify you of extensions where required by law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it.

Brick Pulse is intended for people who are at least 18 or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. The service is not directed to children. If you believe a person below that age has supplied personal information, contact us at the privacy address above.

Cookies and device storage

The marketing site itself sets no cookies, does not use local or session storage, and includes no analytics scripts or third-party subresources. The app uses a secure, HTTP-only, same-site session cookie for sign-in; it also stores interface preferences in local storage and the last sign-in email in session storage. Blocking necessary app storage can prevent sign-in or use of those preferences. The private hosted-access layer may use necessary access cookies; its exact behavior depends on the host configuration.

Contact support@brickpulse.app with questions. We update this Policy when data practices or enabled providers change. The app presents a separate Privacy acknowledgement; material Terms changes require renewed Terms acceptance before app access continues.
