Services and purposes

Service	Purpose and information	Current status
Cloudflare	Hosting, delivery, private access, and application storage for Brick Pulse services.	Used by the site and app runtime; private access depends on host configuration.
BrickLink	Marketplace API requests and data when a user connects BrickLink.	Optional app connection; not used by this marketing site.
Brickognize	Receives a scan image when a user requests part or set recognition.	App recognition flow only; the image is not sent with account, store, or credential identifiers.
Stripe	Would process checkout and subscription payment information for paid plans.	Paid enrollment is not available on this site; payment processing is not active here.
Resend	Delivery of testing-access notifications addressed to support@brickpulse.app.	Processes notification content and delivery metadata under its service policies.
Gmail	Support mailbox receiving notifications addressed to support@brickpulse.app.	Processes and may retain messages under the mailbox service's own policies.

Activation and locations

eBay transport is not implemented, and BrickOwl is not enabled. Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising trackers are not used by the marketing site. Pirate Ship is not integrated; a user may separately upload an inventory export on that service's own website.

Provider roles, hosting regions, and applicable international transfer arrangements depend on the enabled service and account configuration. Brick Pulse does not infer these facts from a provider's name or its own mailing address. Verified provider roles and locations must be recorded before a corresponding hosted service is opened.
