Cookies and device storage
This notice describes the storage used by the marketing website and app.
Marketing website
The marketing website sets no cookies and does not use local storage or session storage. It has no analytics scripts, advertising tags, social embeds, or third-party page subresources. The testing-access form uses same-origin requests and stores submissions only through its request service; form submission does not create a browser cookie.
App storage
The app uses a secure, HTTP-only, same-site session cookie containing an opaque session token. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or 8 hours, whichever occurs first. The app stores interface preferences such as theme and sidebar state in local storage, and the last sign-in email in session storage for the current browser tab. These items support sign-in or the app interface and are not advertising or analytics trackers.
Private access and choices
A private hosting or access-control layer may set its own strictly necessary cookies. Their exact behavior depends on the host configuration and is separate from the marketing website code. Blocking the app's session cookie prevents sign-in; blocking local storage or session storage affects the associated preferences or remembered sign-in email. Browser settings generally allow you to review or remove stored items.
We do not currently use optional analytics or advertising storage. If that changes, the storage inventory and available controls will be updated before the changed feature is offered. Questions can be sent tosupport@brickpulse.app.
