BrickLink, BrickOwl & eBay — always in sync.
BrickPulse keeps one master inventory and treats every marketplace as a copy of it. Sell a lot anywhere and the count updates everywhere — so you stop overselling stock you no longer have.
One source of truth.
Your BrickPulse database is the master record of everything you own. Each marketplace holds a copy of the lots you list there. You make changes in BrickPulse — not on BrickLink or eBay directly — and BrickPulse pushes them out. One master means one answer to “how many of these do I have?”, and every channel is kept in agreement with it.
When something sells, everywhere updates.
The moment an order comes in on any channel, BrickPulse decrements your master quantity and pushes the new number to every other channel the lot is listed on. The order lands in your Orders page, ready to pick and ship. Because the master updates first and then propagates outward, the window for another channel to be out of date is small — and a genuine conflict is surfaced to you instead of quietly becoming an oversell.
Syncs every 10 minutes — or the moment you ask.
Sync runs automatically every 10 minutes. Need it now? Hit Run sync. Either way, you can watch each run move through its stages — import orders, reconcile, push quantities, push prices — right on the dashboard.
Read your inventory’s health at a glance.
The animated sync pulse on your dashboard shows the health of your sync like a heartbeat. A steady, regular pulse means recent runs completed cleanly. A flat or broken line means a run failed or stalled — open Sync history to see exactly what happened and when.
Reconcile, when the marketplaces disagree.
Marketplaces drift over time. The Reconcile page shows you where — and helps you fix it — across three tabs:
- Unmatched — lots BrickPulse couldn’t confidently match to a channel listing (common right after you connect a new channel). Map them so they start syncing.
- Drift — a channel’s quantity has diverged from your master. Reconcile to push the master value back out.
- Missing — a lot you expected to find on a channel isn’t there.
Nothing happens without a record.
Every sync run is logged. Open the audit log — filterable by run — to see exactly what was imported, changed, and pushed, and to diagnose anything that went wrong. If a run ever fails, BrickPulse tells you, by in-app alert, email, or web push, whichever you prefer.
Good to know.
BrickPulse is built to prevent it by keeping one master count and flagging genuine conflicts instead of letting them slip through. In the rare case two buyers grab the last of a lot on different channels within the same few minutes, you’re warned right away and shown how to resolve it.
No — make your changes in BrickPulse and let it push them out, so the master always stays the authoritative count.
Automatically every 10 minutes, plus on demand any time you click Run sync.
