Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 6, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms of Service and explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for the Brick Pulse Service at brickpulse.app. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
1. Free Collector Tier
The Collector tier is free. There is nothing to cancel for billing purposes.
2. Free Trial
New users may start a 7-day free Seller trial. No payment method is required to begin the trial, and you are never charged automatically for it. If you do nothing, the trial ends and paid Seller features stop — there is no automatic charge.
3. Starting and Renewing a Subscription
To keep paid Seller features after the trial, you add a payment method (currently through Stripe) and confirm your subscription. Recurring billing begins only after you confirm. The Seller subscription is billed monthly in advance at the then-current price shown at checkout and renews automatically until you cancel.
4. Taxes
Prices are exclusive of taxes. Depending on your location, sales tax, VAT, or GST may apply and, where it does, is calculated and added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that are not collected at checkout.
5. How to Cancel
Cancel any time in your account (Settings → Billing, managed through Stripe) or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing, you keep access through the end of the current paid period, and you are not billed again. We don't make you call or give a reason.
6. Refunds
Because you can cancel any time and keep access through the period you've already paid for, monthly fees are generally non-refundable, including partial months and unused time. We provide refunds where required by law, and we may issue discretionary refunds or credits for confirmed billing errors or extended outages attributable to us. To request one, email [email protected].
7. Statutory Consumer Rights (International)
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country or state of residence.
- EEA / UK: Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital services that begin during that period, you may be asked to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost (or pro-rated) once the service has been provided. Where this right applies and has not been waived, we honor it.
8. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and will notify you. If payment cannot be completed after 5 business days, your Seller features may be suspended or downgraded to the free Collector tier until the issue is resolved.
9. Price Changes
We give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, which takes effect at your next billing cycle. Continuing your subscription after that means you accept the new price; if you don't agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
10. Chargebacks
If you think a charge is wrong, contact [email protected] first — we can usually fix billing issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
