How it works

From a box of bricks to synced listings.

Here’s the whole flow, start to finish — and what BrickPulse is doing behind the scenes to keep you from overselling.

Step 1

Connect your channels.

Link BrickLink, BrickOwl, and eBay. Credentials are encrypted per account. From here, your marketplaces become copies of one master inventory you control.
Step 2

Build your inventory.

Scan parts with your camera, part out sets, or import a standard .bsx file or BrickLink XML/CSV. Group intake into batches and record what each cost, so your margins are honest later.
Step 3

List and sell.

Publish lots to the channels you choose, with per-channel pricing. Sell on any of them.
Step 4

BrickPulse keeps everything in sync.

Every 10 minutes (or on demand), BrickPulse imports new orders, decrements your master inventory, and pushes updated quantities back out — so the same brick is never sold twice. You watch it all on the live sync pulse.
Step 5

Pick, ship, and learn.

Pick orders by bin, save tracking back to the marketplace, and see real sales and margins. Nightly snapshots build the trend lines that tell you how the shop is doing over time.
The rhythm

The rhythm.

Sync runs every 10 minutes automatically, inventory value is snapshotted nightly, and the catalog refreshes regularly so new parts and sets are recognized.

See the whole flow on your own inventory.
