Connecting your BrickLink account
This guide walks through linking your BrickLink store to BrickPulse so your inventory and orders stay in sync.
Before you start
You’ll need a BrickLink account with API access. BrickPulse connects using your BrickLink API credentials, which you generate in your BrickLink account settings.
Steps
- In BrickPulse, open Settings → Channels and choose Connect BrickLink.
- Generate your API credentials in BrickLink and paste them into BrickPulse when prompted.
- Authorize the connection. BrickPulse stores your credentials encrypted, per account.
- BrickPulse begins importing your BrickLink inventory and recent orders.
After connecting
- Check the Reconcile → Unmatched tab and map any lots BrickPulse couldn’t match automatically, so they start syncing.
- Confirm your first sync run completes on the dashboard (watch the sync pulse).
Good to know
- BrickLink doesn’t offer a messaging API, so buyer messaging uses one-click manual relay rather than full automation.
- You can disconnect or reconnect a channel anytime from Settings → Channels.
Troubleshooting
- Credentials rejected? Re-generate them in BrickLink and confirm API access is enabled on your account.
- Lots not syncing? Check the Unmatched tab — unmatched lots don’t sync until mapped.
