What is BrickPulse?

BrickPulse is a multi-channel inventory and order management tool for LEGO sellers and collectors. This article explains the core idea so the rest of the docs make sense.

The core idea: one source of truth

BrickPulse keeps a single master inventory of everything you own. When you sell on a marketplace — BrickLink, BrickOwl, or eBay — that marketplace holds a copy of the lots you’ve chosen to list there. You make changes in BrickPulse, and it pushes them out to your channels. Because there’s one master, there’s one answer to “how many of this do I have?”, and every channel is kept in agreement with it. That’s what prevents overselling.

Two ways to use BrickPulse

  • Collector (free): catalog and value a personal collection. Import from Rebrickable, see live valuation. No selling or marketplace sync.
  • Seller ($15/mo): the full multi-channel toolkit — sync, inventory management, pricing, intake, picking and shipping, insights, stocktake, and a team of up to five. Flat fee, no commission, 7-day free trial with no card.

What you can do with it

Connect your marketplaces, build inventory (by scanning, parting out, or importing), list and sell, and let BrickPulse keep everything in sync while you pick, ship, and track your real margins.

Where to go next

  • Creating your account — set up and verify your account.
  • Connecting your channels — link BrickLink, BrickOwl, and eBay.
  • Understanding the sync engine — how anti-oversell works.
