A channel shows as disconnected

Reconnect a marketplace whose credentials stopped working.

A channel can disconnect if its credentials change or are revoked at the marketplace. Re-generate your credentials (or re-authorize, for eBay) in Settings → Channels, then clear any unmatched lots in Reconcile.
