Lists & exports
Build a shopping list from Restock or search, then export it as a BrickLink wanted list or a BrickStore file, turn it into a receiving Batch, or use it as an inventory filter.
Lists are shopping lists for restocking. Open them from More → Lists (route /lists). Fill one from Restock or from catalog search, tune quantities and per-item max prices, then put it to work.
Build a list
Add items straight from Inventory → Restock, or create a list and import into it. Each row carries a minimum quantity and an optional max price. Leave max blank and it’s derived at export time from the cached 6-month average times the percent you pick.
Export it to buy
- BrickLink wanted list (XML): upload it at bricklink.com under Want, then let BrickLink’s own Buy flow build the multi-store cart.
- BrickStore (BSX): for BrickStore users.
Receive it back in
- Receive into Batch turns the list into a draft receiving Batch, so replenishing skips re-entry. Set the actual cost on the purchase before publishing. Your list stays unchanged.
- View in Inventory uses the list as a filter, showing just those lots in the grid.
Good to know
The “Cover via part-out” panel on a list finds catalog sets whose parts cover several of your needed lines at once: buy one set, part it out, restock multiple items. All its prices are cached BrickLink 6-month sold averages.

Export it as a BrickLink wanted-list XML, upload that at bricklink.com under Want, then use BrickLink's own Buy flow to build the multi-store cart.
Can a list feed my inventory intake?
Yes. Turn a list into a receiving Batch so replenishing skips re-entry. Your list is kept unchanged, and you set the actual cost on the purchase before publishing.
Does deleting a list touch my inventory?
No. A list is just a shopping list. Deleting it only removes the list, nothing in your inventory changes.
