Restock
The Restock screen scans your own sales against what's on the shelf right now, then ranks what to rebuy by the profit you lose while it's out of stock.
Open Restock from Inventory → Restock (route /inventory/restock). It answers one question: what sells but isn’t on the shelf right now? It scans your own sales across every channel against your current stock. Nothing external is scanned or fetched. It’s your own data.
Tune the scan
- Sales window (90d, 180d, 1y): how far back to look at your sales.
- Cover (14d, 30d, 60d): how many days of stock you want to carry.
Each item is classified Sold out or Low. The suggested quantity = sales ÷ window × cover − on hand. Estimated cost comes from the cached BrickLink 6-month average.
Rank by what it costs you
Every item shows a profit at stake figure: the estimated monthly profit lost while it’s out of stock. Restock ranks by profit at stake by default, and the Dashboard money dial shows the running total. You can also:
- Filter by Condition (All, New, Used).
- Sort by profit, sold, or condition.
Act on the list
- Don’t restock this hides a row you never plan to rebuy. It’s recoverable.
- Mark items ordered so they drop from the next export and you don’t double-buy.
- Add rows to a List, then export or receive it (see Lists & exports).
- On a List, Cover via part-out finds sets you could buy and part out to cover several needed parts at once.
Does Restock pull data from anywhere external?
No. It compares your own sales across all channels against your current on-hand stock. Nothing outside your account is scanned or fetched.
How is the suggested buy quantity worked out?
Sales divided by your sales window, times your cover, minus what's on hand. Adjust the window and cover controls at the top and every row's suggestion updates.
What is 'profit at stake'?
The estimated monthly profit you lose while an item is out of stock. Restock ranks by it, and the Dashboard money dial shows the running total.
