What is BrickPulse?
BrickPulse is an inventory-management and sync tool for people who sell and collect LEGO. It keeps one master inventory in sync across the marketplaces you connect (BrickLink, BrickOwl, and eBay), so a sale or change on one channel is reflected on the others. See What is BrickPulse?
What is the difference between Seller and Collector?
Collector is free and is for cataloging and valuing a personal collection: no selling or marketplace sync. Seller is a flat $15/month (no commission) and unlocks multi-channel sync, orders, picking, shipping, pricing tools, insights, and a team of up to five. See Collector vs Seller.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 7-day Seller trial requires no card, and the Collector plan is free forever. When a trial ends, paid features simply stop unless you subscribe. You are never charged automatically.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
Never. Seller is a flat $15/month no matter how much you sell. You keep 100% of your sales.
Which marketplaces are supported?
BrickLink, BrickOwl, and eBay today. Brick Pulse keeps one master inventory across all three: you manage everything in Brick Pulse and it stays in sync on every channel.
How do I connect a marketplace?
Open Settings and choose the channel. For BrickLink and BrickOwl you paste API credentials from that marketplace; for eBay you authorize BrickPulse through eBay sign-in. See Connecting your BrickLink account.
How often does BrickPulse sync?
Automatically on a regular schedule (roughly every 10-20 minutes), plus on demand any time you click Run sync. Each run pushes your Brick Pulse quantities and prices out to BrickLink, BrickOwl, and eBay, and ingests new orders from every channel.
What data gets synced?
Quantities and prices are managed in your Brick Pulse master inventory and flow out to the channels a lot is listed on, so a sale on any channel decrements your master and updates the others to help prevent overselling. Orders are pulled in from every connected channel. See How anti-oversell works.
Can I choose which channels a lot lists on?
Yes. Open a lot to toggle its channels, or select lots in Search and use the Channels bulk action. See Listing across channels.
Does BrickPulse buy shipping labels?
No. BrickPulse does not sell or buy postage. It helps you copy the buyer address and, when you enter a tracking number, writes that tracking back to the marketplace so the buyer is notified. See Shipping & tracking.
Can I message buyers from BrickPulse?
eBay supports two-way messaging directly in BrickPulse. BrickLink and BrickOwl do not offer a messaging API, so BrickPulse gives you one-click manual relay instead. See Messaging buyers.
How do I add or import inventory?
Most inventory comes in automatically when you connect BrickLink: Brick Pulse imports your existing listings into your master inventory. You can also build a batch and add items by catalog, scan, part-out, or a BrickStore .bsx file, then upload the batch. See Adding items.
Can BrickPulse help with pricing?
Yes. You can reprice lots against BrickLink price-guide data and set an eBay markup, and auto-pricing can run as part of the sync when enabled. See Smart reprice.
How do pricing rules decide which one prices a lot?
Rules are tried top to bottom. The first rule that matches a lot and can actually price it wins; if a matching rule cannot price it (not enough data), the next matching rule is tried, and if none can, the lot falls through to your base Market repricing. Each repriced line shows which rule priced it. See Pricing rules.
Can I leave buyer feedback automatically?
Yes. Write up to four messages and BrickPulse leaves one at random the moment an order is marked shipped, on BrickLink and eBay. BrickOwl has no feedback API, so it gives you a copyable message and a link instead. See Automated feedback.
Can I combine my eBay color listings into one?
Yes. On the eBay screen, Group colors folds a part's separate per-color listings into one listing with a color dropdown. It is opt-in per item; converting ends the old single listings (watchers do not carry over), and per-color prices still apply under one shared title. See eBay color variations.
Does BrickPulse back up my inventory?
Yes. Inventory backups save a CSV of your whole inventory on a schedule (weekly or daily) and keep them for 30 days. To roll back, download one and re-import it, which only adds or updates lots and never removes stock. See Inventory backups.
How do I undo a change to my inventory?
Open Inventory then History to see every change newest-first, and revert most of them with one click. See History & undo.
How does the free trial work?
New Sellers get a 7-day free trial with no credit card. When it ends, paid Seller features stop unless you subscribe. You are never charged automatically for the trial. See Trial: start & end.
How do I subscribe or cancel?
Subscribe from Settings then Plan & billing: the Seller subscription is billed monthly through Stripe and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. See Managing your subscription.
What is your refund policy?
Because you can cancel any time and keep access through the period already paid for, monthly fees are generally non-refundable. We provide refunds where required by law and may issue discretionary refunds for confirmed billing errors or extended outages. Email [email protected] and we will help.
How do I delete my account?
Use the in-app deletion option under Settings, or email [email protected]. Deletion is reversible during a 30-day grace window via the restore link we email you; after that your data is permanently removed. See Account & security.
How is my data kept secure?
Sensitive data such as marketplace credentials is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and in transit (TLS), with least-privilege access controls. We use only essential cookies and do not sell your data.
My inventory is not syncing, what should I check?
First confirm BrickLink is connected in Settings: it is required for sync to run, so make sure its credentials are valid. Check the dashboard sync status and the audit log for the latest run. If a channel shows an error, re-check its credentials. See My sync did not run.
